The Michigan Magazine Museum is located in Northeastern Lower Michigan between the rural communities of Fairview and Comins on M33. The structure will be a beautiful log lodge constructed by Skyline Log Homes of Comins Michigan situated on the west side of M33 in a wilderness meadow located adjacent to a beautiful Maple grove.
The easiest way to get to the museum is to simply follow I-75 to exit 202 then head north on M33 to Fairview then turn north at the blinker light and head toward Comins. Just before getting into Comins you’ll spot the actual construction taking place on the west side of the road directly across from the ”Woodworkers Shoppe”.

Here's a little on-line tour to give you a peek at our museum!
The museum is a celebration of Michigan and her people with hundreds of displays spotlighting the many talented and enterprising people that call Michigan Home. Click on the photographs below to view an enlargement of the photograph and additional details.
Information on how to contact any of the artists featured at the museum may be obtained at the gift shop counter.
The store will also house all of our back issues of the actual magazine since its beginning over 7 years ago.....plus a complete catalog of all our past television shows that can be ordered at the store. You can also order these items right here on our web site!
Michigan artists featured on our show have donated unique items for display at the museum. It's a beautiful, fascinating and impressive display!
Other noteworthy artifacts range from an actual casting of a "BIG FOOT" foot print gathered by the Big Foot Investigation Association (headquarted in Mayville), to the original notes made by Tommy Durden of Houghton Lake as he and Mae Axton wrote Elvis Presley's first gold record, Heartbreak Hotel. Also on display will be a copy of the actual contract signed by Tommy and Elvis!...
The museum gives us the opportunity to provide much more information about our guests than we are normally able to on our weekly show. We will also feature some of our past guests “live on location for demonstrations and seminars! Watch our event calendar for details!
...This will be a chance for everyone to meet and talk with these amazing Michiganians in person!
Now, those of you who watch our show know that cooking is near and dear to our hearts! So our museum wouldn't be complete without a kitchen!
